A Clearer Start with TwitterShots Onboarding

Summary

TwitterShots 2026.8.22 adds a four-step onboarding flow for first-time users. It helps us understand each tweet screenshot workflow, keeps the original destination intact through login, and leaves a clear option to continue with the Free plan.

What's new

Instead of sending every new account into the same generic starting point, TwitterShots now asks four short questions about role, use case, feature priorities, and expected screenshot volume.

  • Preserves a pending tweet or intended destination through sign-in
  • Highlights workflows such as bulk screenshots, threads, branding, API automation, and tweet video
  • Lets users skip setup or continue with the Free plan after seeing Pro+

Why we built it

TwitterShots has grown beyond a single tweet screenshot generator. A first-time visitor may want one image, a branded client post, an entire thread, an API workflow, or a video. The onboarding flow gives that first session more context without turning setup into a requirement.

The detailed release story explains the problems, goals, and product decisions behind TwitterShots onboarding.
